|New Driver Liason Announced

We are pleased to announce that multi-British Champion Sam Slater will be taking up the role of Driver Liaison for the 2024 edition of the British Rental Kart Championship.

Sam – who is a BRKC finalist and two-time BIKC champion – is a regular at host circuit Formula Fast, with a wealth of motorsport experience to an international level.

BRKC founder Bradley Philpot, who is stepping down from the Driver Liaison role this year, said:

“I’m thrilled that Sam will be joining the BRKC team to take on this responsibility. One of the cornerstones of BRKC has always been the close links between the organisers and drivers before, during, and after this event.”

“BRKC attracts top-tier racers from all over the world, and with an impressive racing CV himself, I know Sam will be a great ambassador for BRKC to an international field.”

New Driver Liaison Sam said:

“I’ve been a BRKC driver, supporter and fantatic for so many years that I already feel like part of the furniture. I’m really looking forward to taking on this new role, and I know this year’s event is already shaping up to be a great one.”

BRKC hosts Formula Fast are excited to work with Sam for the upcoming competition, which will take place from the 19-21st January 2024. Entries will be opening in early November (date to be announced shortly).
